  • We prepare detailed drawings and specifications to bring the design to life, ensuring clarity for builders, trades, and consultants. This stage supports a smooth and well-executed construction process with clear and accurate documentation.

  • We remain closely involved throughout construction to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and executed on site. This includes site visits, coordination with the project team, and reviewing shop drawings from joinery and stone suppliers. We work collaboratively with architects, builders, consultants, and contractors to resolve details and maintain design integrity as the project progresses, with Eliza remaining involved throughout to provide guidance, answer questions, and support decisions as the space comes to life on site.
